Q. What are the system requirements for One Ten vac?

A. A PC Compatible computer running Windows 98 or higher and a GOOD printer.

Q. How long will it take me to receive my program?

A. Normal delivery time is ASAP. I prefer to send your software via Email. I usually ship the software within a few hours, however, if you've requested some changes, it'll take a bit more time to prepare your System. I can also ship via overnight parcel delivery, but the charge will be added to the cost of the Software. Email is fast and free. Free is better than wholesale.

You have not followed my repair instructions, and report the same problem to me.

You have modified the database outside of One Ten vac.
