No. Never. Its too easy. If I charged you,
you'd never pay it!
May I install the software on more than one computer?
You may (legally) install OneTen vac Auction
Software on multiple computers. For example: you might have a
computer in your clerking trailer and one in your office. It would be
very unhandy to move a computer from place to place, so I allow you
to install the software on more than one system. You may also conduct
more than one auction at the same time in different locations.
Will the System be complete as delivered, or will there be
additional modules to purchase?

System. No more stuff to buy.
What are the normal hours for Technical Support? Phone? Email? Both?

Just about all the time, except when I'm on the road. I use several
ISP's that allow me to keep in touch with email everywhere.
What are the charges for Technical Support during regular and
after hours service?
Normally there is no charge for T.S., but I'd
like you to pay for the phone call. Please don't make me plow the
same field over and over. I reserve the right to bill for T.S. if you
beat me up.
Are there periodic maintenance or update fees after the purchase?
If so, what are they?
None. One Ten vac Auction Software is quite
robust and requires minimal periodic maintenance.
Are there any other after purchase costs? If so, what are they?
Only if you want changes to the One Ten vac
Auction Software System. There are no other costs.
If I need changes to the system to meet my particular needs, what
are the charges?
$35.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
Charges are based on the complexity of the requested change. Often
simple report changes are done at no charge.
What is the normal time frame for such changes to be implemented?
ASAP. If I'm not snowed under or out of town,
you'll usually get your change the next business day. Some simple
report changes even ship the same day.
